1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IntelliBricks CI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntelliBricks CI is a competitive intelligence platform that runs natively in your Databricks workspace. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered competitive intelligence Q&A
  • Automatic battlecard generation
  • Enterprise web scraping with credibility scoring
  • Source attribution and citation
  • Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter: $49/month - 1,000 queries, 500 documents
  • Professional: $99/month - 5,000 queries, 2,000 documents
  • Enterprise: $299/month - Unlimited queries and documents

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IntelliBricks Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data remains in your Databricks workspace and is never exported outside your environment. We do not access, use, or share your competitive intelligence data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Perform emergency maintenance as needed
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntelliBricks Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntelliBricks Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
